The Sciatic nerve starts at the lower spine and passes down the leg into the sole of the foot. The Sciaticure works in the same way as acupressure, by adding pressure to the right area, it blocks the signals travelling along the nerve which helps reduce sciatica pain. It can also relieve pain in the lumbar region up to the shoulders.
The Sciaticure leg wrap is placed around the top of the calf, below the knee and fastened with an adjustable Velcro strap. You then tighten the wrap so that you can feel the pressure pad pushing on the back of your leg. If you start to feel a hot/tingling sensation or numbness in your lower leg, it is on too tightly and will need to be loosened.
55% neoprene, 20% nylon, 20% polyester, 5% spandex The Sciaticure Wrap fastens using Velcro Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not Iron. Do not Bleach. The indications outlined may not be suitable for your condition, we always recommend seeking medical advice before purchasing and using our products. Only use on intact skin. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the specified materials and avoid if you have Neoprene and Nylon sensitivity. The product should be applied as illustrated. Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods (e.g.) whilst sleeping. If a rash develops, pain is prolonged or conditions worsen, discontinue use and if your symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.

Sciaticure Acupressure Wrap
I think this device works, perhaps not fully but well enough to give me relief much of the time. I don't wear it all the time.

No decent instructions..... tried u tube but they didn't show how to start it, how to fit it and how to get the different modules. I could fit the straps round my back for it to stay put and fitting the strap was also difficult. . I ended up holding the sciatica on in my hand for 10 mins... which is a waste of my time. Very disappointed!

Very pleased with the Acupressure Wrap. Since starting to use it I have been pain free and even when I am not using it overnight there is no pain. Will definitely keep using it.
