First I went to Urgent Care at 59 Ave & Union Hills Rd. Got there at 6:50, they close at 8:00. Girl was on phone, never made eye contact, after 10 min of waiting with no acknowledgement, I walked out.On internet I found NextCare at Northern Ave and 101, open 24 hrs. I am so glad I came here. The staff in entrance was friendly & helpful. Once taken inside, I have nothing but GREAT to say about the staff that helped me. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing immediate care.

I was working on my car when I sliced my hand. I walked in and was seen within approximately an hour. Considering that it was fairly busy and a Friday night to boot, I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly I was seen. The staff was professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions.

Scheduled an appointment got there a scheduled time check-in was easy staff was very friendly and helpful considering the extra things happening in the office. I just find it odd that as patience’s we are required to wear masks and the front desk staff either has theirs tucked under their chin or under their nose. My understanding masks are ineffective unless worn correctly. But other than that everything was great.

I took an at home test but since my at home remedy wasn’t working I went to urgent care. The staff were all terrific. I didn’t have my physical card but they had my information on file from last time which made it easier and eased my mind. I didn’t have to wait long. I felt cared for. I would recommend this place.
